I had been using a prostate supplement from Costco for years and years and it definitly help with my urine flow. I took it religiously every day because if I didn't things stopped up in one day. So recently they have stopped caring it in my local store so I thought I would try this. I am a huge fan of Gaia herbs so I felt confident these would be helpful. Exceeded my expectations. Everything is so comfortable with these. I really empty my bladder very fully and no pain either. I take two per day so it IS a little expensive but the comfort factor makes it worth it.

Dealing with crazy frequent urination issues for 6 months and within 3 days of using this product I’m back to my old steel trap self. I had a similar issue 4 years ago and same result after using Gaia. I highly recommend this product

I bought this to attempt to reduce my SHBG levels, as several of the herbal ingredients are used separately to promote this effect. As I did not test or re-test my lab numbers before or after I cant say for sure what it did do. I noticed a slight libido boost, which wasn't the purpose I was taking it for. Considering the causes for higher than normal SHBG I couldnt guarantee much of an effect without knowing my exact cause. I took it for two months, purchasing another bottle locally first. About a month into the first bottle I developed a persistent lower back pain. After going to the chiropractor the sacral or lumbar area that was affected was indicated (in chinese medicine) as having to do with the prostate. I stopped taking it and the pain went away after a week or two. Fluke? Its not marketed for reducing SHBG so I cant really say its bad, and being a mostly healthy 32 year old man I probably had no business trying a "prostate" supplement. That being said I love Gaia's extracts and would recommend them to anyone needing a pure, effective herbal supplement. For anyone who is also attempting to reduce SHBG levels I have found Avena Sativa (800mg) coupled with Saw Palmetto to give me a nice mood and energy boost, for the last couple months (with no noticeable side effects). Will be re-testing my SHBG numbers soon.

I am 56 years old and have experienced a weaker stream when going to the bathroom at night for a few years. Many different prostate health products have been tried. When I say many I do mean many. After using about 2/3rds of the bottle of Gaia Prostate Health I don't notice any problems at all. I take two capsules in the morning and one at night. Using products like Super Beta whatever, I still would have to get up during the night and use the bathroom. During the day I used to use the bathroom more often then now and the urge to go was much stronger. Now I am not disturb during the night by the urge to go to the bathroom. Once I awake in the morning the urge to go is not overwelming but I still eliminate a large amount. This product seems so effective that I am wondering if the results are associated with other things I am doing. Gaia Prostate Health is by far not the lowest cost product but I plan to continue taken it. It feels good not the be the only one that needs to find a restroom when meeting or having dinner with a group.
