I really love how The Money Witch teaches us a three point healing structure in this book. I’ve found it really helpful to use this perspective around healing my money wounds. I love all the different prompts, the tone of the writing, and the connections to magic. I think anyone can use this book, not just people that are into magic or witchy things.

It has so many practical exercises how to improve your financial lifestyle. There is a journal prompt exercise for each step. I’m happy I purchased this book!

Through the long journey of healing my money wounds, I started in the wrong place- the "best" finance books out there, the top sellers, were not a voice that I could align with and left me wallowing in my wounds that said I would always be bad with money and that I just couldn't understand this system that I felt so misaligned with anyway. Maybe I didn't even WANT to be know more about such a corrupt system. With Money Magic, I found a voice that speaks to my past self who tromped through the subculture scenes of the Bay Area in Doc Martin boots hopping from soup kitchen to corner store sales on 40's to the present me who parents and financially supports a family, follows the movements of the moon and the stars , casts spells on a regular basis and is deep in a process of healing my money wounds. The Money Witch offers herbal allies, gemstones to hold and tarot cards to explore that support me while I unpack the deep beliefs that got me here. Uncover shame, uncover guilt, and find personal alignment with money choices. This book is not, as a few reviewers have claimed, a traditional finance tool that requires you to *look on the bright side* and *stick your head in the sand*.This is a practical guide for how to change your mind and your perspectives in order to appropriately address your relationship to money. You'll never hire an advisor if you believe *other people can't be trusted with money.* You'll never apply for debt consolidation if you believe *your debt is hopeless and there's nothing you can do about it*. You have to understand how your past interactions with money are informing your current financial status. This book is PERFECT for that. It helps the reader examine their financial traumas from a place of compassion, so they will have the energy and the information they need to start taking practical steps with their finances.I found this book very helpful for these reasons, and I would highly recommend this book for anyone.

This book is so badass and supportive. It really helped me to reshape the way I plan, think about, and relate to my finances. I still utilize a lot of the tools on an ongoing basis and have felt so supported by the MoneyWitch community. HIGHLY recommend!

Love this book & love Money Witch. Such a great resource covering a wide range of topics related to money. A lot of it involves digging into old stories or unhelpful plot lines we have about ourselves and our money. Very helpful so far!
