Nur zum Test habe ich meine 14''- Snare (Mapex Black Panther Zebra Wood) mit dem Fell bezogen und war völlig baff. Egal ob hoch oder tief gestimmt, klingt diese phänomenal. Als Resonanzfell dient ein Evans Hazy 300, Snareteppich original von Mapex. Daher lasse ich meine Hauptsnare erst einmal in dieser Konstellation. Bezüglich der höheren Fellpannung wird sich im Laufe der Zeit herausstellen, ob das Fell gegenüber expliziten Fellen für Snares im Nachteil ist.
