Cracked,missing pieces, and not as advertised.
Congratulations seller! You hit the trifecta of messing up. I ordered a tumbler that1.) arrived with a crack down the side.2.) It was advetised as having a pattern scattered all over the cup but arrived with 1 giant icon on the center of the cup.3.) It did not include the straw that is REQUIRED to make the cup useful.

Cup came with a cracks on the top, broken straw. Cup itself is durable, and great design but how it arrived to me was a bit of a dissapointment.
