4.5 Stars!!This is the third book in the shacking up series and a stand alone.. Its a feel good, funny and light heart romance with right amount of sass!!This is the story of Rian, Ryan with an "I", a real estate agent whose world collides with Pierce!! Pierce is everything Rian doesnt want - Hot, Rich and loaded... Though she poses an ice exterior, Pierce wears her down eventually.. However, she's scared to take a leap coz of her past n secrets she is hiding!!I loved Pierce and Rian... Pierce was humorous, cool and an awesome guy.. And Rian was intelligent, strong and had the right amount of sass..Their story was right amount of sexy, funny and sweet!!

That first incident had me smiling, laughing, swooning.It's a story of Pierce and Rian with an "i" who meets and get to know each other in Hamptons. Pierce is a Lawyer and a very very handsome one at that. He is pushy, chivalrous and determined.Rian is a bit sassy, stubborn and doubted Pierce at every turn. But as I said he is pushy ;-). He didn't give up on her even when her big secret is revealed.Overall the book was an awesome read. I've read all the other books in this series and none of them disappoints. You should go and must try it.

As always with Helena Huntings books this one did not disappoint in any way at all.This can be read as a stand alone but has links to previous books throughout.Smart sassy out spoken Rian is a winner in my eyes instantly.. i absolutely loved her personality and witty come backs!Pierce hot suit wearing lawyer who always pulls off sweats and beach shorts while looking mighty lickable when doing so.. whats not to love about these characters??Love how much banter these guys have together.Rian and her sister are real estate agents who are trying to forget about their rough teenage years... Pierce is a lawyer but really doesnt want to do this anymore especially after a small mistake means big consequences for the family business when life brings these pair into each others lives time and time again leading them to realise they have to give in to fate.You are always guaranteed a fab read from Helena and thats excatly what this is!

Sweet, Sexy, funny, perfect for Summer book. Pierce is a short Lawyer but he's much happier flipping houses for sale or rent. His Summer at the Hamptons takes a turn he didn't expect when he meets Rian (Ryan with an i) who is also trying to forge a career in property.Well written with awesome secondary characters.HEA? A fun, lighthearted & entertaining read with really lovable characters. Rian plays her cards close to her chest & isn't looking for anything complicated, she's independent & feisty. Pierce was just the perfect guy, hot, a little bit bossy, sexy but a genuine great guy.

A really great read, i loved the tie in links with Amilea and Lex and i loved the very end!! Boy did good!!

Sweet love with a side of spice! The chemistry in this book is off the charts hot and had me flipping the pages consumed in the characters and there journey.An amazing 5 star read!
