Plays at 45rpm!!!
Records arrived in perfect condition (I spent hours play testing the whole thing as I was anxious ordering records online). Songs are amazing as ever and I discovered some new ones as physical music is the only way I will sit and listen to a whole album. Only note is make sure you have a record player that can play records at 45 rpm and not just the 33 that is typical of LP albums like this. Also make sure you have enough anti static/plastic sleeves for 4 discs as the card ones they come in scratch the records over time.

Forever Young: Youth Reinoung: Youth Reinterpreted at Thirty Years.
It takes time to listen to it all and get an idea, there are 30 songs in total, the sixteen of the original album, in addition to the six of the deluxe version and the eight 'new' "From the vault", not included at the time. And listening to it spun, one song after another, let's face it, is practically impossible, with its 130-minute duration, without doing anything else. Listened to in several sessions, however dedicating a lot of time to Taylor Swift and her music, perhaps more than it objectively deserves, the work is still commendable: the operation itself is interesting. Taylor Swift, returns to her songs, recorded nine years ago (the original was released in October 2012), when she was 23, and reinterprets them, reinterprets them, relives them as a thirty-two year old, with the personal and artistic maturity of today . Taylor removes what is useless, lowers the volume, sings with greater passion and less formalism, and tries to make sense of old and distant emotions and feelings for her, trying to make them become more 'collective' without losing their personality. She also does it in concert, you will say, indeed any artist who reinterprets their songs live transforming them (think of Dylan, an unrivaled master in this art), but in this case, unlike concerts, in which 'is an inevitable dose of topicality, of contemporaneity, every song is here and now, in this case Swift wanted and could. I do not know the original, but this Version fascinates me with its return to the roots.

Excellent vinyl pressing
Hardly a click or any surface noise over 8 sides. All songs freshly re recorded and the overall result is better than the initial release with the addition of several songs not on the original. Not really a bad track but a few are a bit samey. A very talented young lady. All records play at 45rpm and on a high end turntable the extra fidelity is apparent.I see from several reviews that many do not appreciate the advantage of vinyl albums pressed at 45 rpm. I have many such albums and high end labels such as Mobile Fidelity, Analogue Productions, etc release many of their albums on 45 rpm pressings because it is recognised that the overall sound quality is considerably improved. The decision to release this album at 45 rpm was probably nothing to do with Taylor Swift. The only disadvantage I can think of is that you have to turn the record over sooner.

For a Swifty
My wife is a massive Taylor Swift fan and we have a collection of record that this fits nicely in. It is a 4 vinyl collection so good for the price but the records are quite thin and the sleeve of two of the records came with slightly damaged corners. I would suggest that this was from manufacturers and not the seller as the outer sleeve was in perfect condition.

Good LP
Bought this a while ago for my granddaughers birthday today and first it runs slow but then found out it plays at the right speed at 45 not 33. Also it is badly scratched, like a twat i didn't bothere removing the plastic cover to check all four records. Think in future i will buy her records at a shop where i can check it before i buy it.
