Great product! I loved the taste. This was my first time to use it. I made a Apple pie with it and what called for a cup of sugar, I used half a cup of the Allulose, it was just fine on the sweetness and wasn’t gritty or anything. The only draw back is it would have taken 95-98% of the whole bag just for the one pie. It’s $10 for around 1 cup of it...not much for the price. Makes you have gas just like the other sugar substitutes but I feel it doesn’t last and wasn’t as bad as the others. That’s the price we have to pay for not using regular sugar. I think I like it better than Erythritol and Monk Fruit. I like that it is non GMO Will try to find it cheaper though, if possible.

THERE IS NO WAY THIS IS ALLULOSE. I have grown up eating more sugar substitutes than sugar and this tastes like it's mostly, if not entirely, Xylitol. In addition to having the aftertaste of Xylitol, it also has a hint of the taste of plaster or bitterness that I can't quite place?? Honestly would not be surprised if it was powdered plaster and Xylitol... It's WAAAAY sweeter than sugar which is also a red flag. The quality is terrible. Heck, it's not even what it says it is! DO NOT BUY!!! I never leave bad reviews, but I would hate for there to be something bad in here that they've left out of the packaging that could harm someone.

We have been looking for a sugar alternative, and tried various products in the past. This is the first one so far that actually looks, tastes, and acts like sugar. So far we have been using it coffee mostly, and it tastes no different from sugar, and most importantly, leaves no aftertaste. However, it is a bit pricey, so use it sparingly.
