Love this product that includes Dead Sea minerals. Effectively softens and cleans away tear stains. It's also effective in removing other facial stains and grime. Well worth the investment! The wipes are strong enough to effectively clean away any crustiness that forms. I appreciate that the product comes sealed from the manufacturer to ensure it's cleanliness and freshness. The product is gentle enough to wipe around his eyes.

After I sent in my review of the Arava Eye Cleaning pads I realized that in my haste I forgot to mention a few details which I think are very important! First, this product works beautifully and effortlessly with minimal discomfort to my little dog. It cleans the stains very well, dries fast and smells great. I am most certainly also ordering the regular body wipes for him, for his sometimes muddy paws and for his mouth, after meals. But most impressive was the way our package was sent to us, Not just thrown into a thin mailer, not caring if the fragile plastic box would hold up under the rough-handling of the shipping and arrive broken, but nicely inserted in a protective nailer with an extra insert for the box to fit into so it would not roll around and become crushed or broken in the process. That certainly was an extra kind touch you do not often expect any more in our busy life time. Many thanks to the seller and Amazon/Prime for being extra careful in making sure the ordered product arrived in excellent condition, to be used immediately, without the nuisance of having to complain and exchange. It was very easy to use. Just pull a wipe and start cleaning around the eyes. The scent is wonderful. It smells, for me, like the ocean. As a dog owner, dogs usually get the gunk around their eyes and dark spots from tears. My dog gets anxious when something is placed near his face, but when I started to wipe around his eyes he would calm down. It does help get rid of the gunk and it was easy to smooth it out. The wipe is not rough but soft to use. It does not tear easily. The dark spots are slightly reduced and would require more tenderness, love, and care. I have this product a 4 out of 5 because one issue I have is that the wipes dry out too quickly, in my opinion.

If you have a cat--and one who needs their eye area cleaned off-especially with tortoise or off white cats-- then you probably know how difficult it is to make any difference in cleaning or attempting to clean that area. These do a better job than many others --they don't seem to be irritating and they will remove some of the dark stuff. They are a little too wet as you go down in the container--and the cloth should be a bit thicker But still--nothing available will seem to do it all.

Wipes are not irritating and work well but are small sheets and it takes a few to get the job done.

I am so very glad I found these wipes for our new Shih Tzu puppy! He loves the time we spend grooming every morning and an important peaceful time of that is when I use these amazing soft moist wipes to keep his eye area clean and groomed. He closes his little eyes and has a spa moment💖. Thank you for giving me and the rest of us the peace of mind knowing your product is safe and effective! These wipes are wonderful! Very VERY DRY!! Unusable without adding tear stain solution from another brand. Also, the SMALL wipes are terribly difficult to remove from the packaging, and shred. So i cannot tell if it even worked, would not purchase again.

Product contains: Aqua. Propylene Glycol, Caprylic/capric triglyceride, Dehydroacetic acid, Benzyl alcohol, Polyaminopropyl Biguanide, Perfume (Green Tea, Cucumber)Chamomilla recutita extract, Citric acid, Dead Sea Salt, Aloe Barbadensis Extract (Aloe Vera), Vitamine E Acetate, D-panthenol (pro vitamin b5), Euphrasia officinalis Extract, Taraxacum officinale Extract. To answer complaints of dryness of wipes: Over time of use the container, just due to it's design, will probably allow evaporation of enough liquid to require the addition of some extra distilled water to use all of the wipes. This would not be the case if the wipes are used more often than I do with only one dog. This is a trade off with an easy to use container. These wipes soften the eye muck from the corner of my Yorkie's eyes enough to gently wipe them clean and the wipes don't sting the eyes (either mine or my dogs). From experience the customer service is over the top. These are people who care about dogs and dog owners and are not a large customer service center but rather real people who respond to questions. Who knows what all those ingredients are for, I'm not a chemist, but now review readers will know without having to buy and isn't that what a review is for? I will certainly buy this product again, and especially from this company.

My dog needs his eyes wiped daily, as the discharged goes in the corner of his eyes, where his hair is. It gets stuck there. Then it's very hard to remove. So I use this on my dog daily, he enjoys the cleaning, so if it hurt his eyes or irritated he would not come willingly. I don't have to worry, what is on the cloth is made for a dog's eyes. Very little scent, and gentle. It does the trick!

Works great on my persian cats eyes. I would definitely recommend this product.

The pack tells you it may take time and it seems to but each day you see improvement

Easy to use. Cotton based so better for the environment. Good natural and effective ingredients.
