Husband chuffed with his phone case, I couldn’t get him a case from shops as his phone is too old so I was pleased to find this on Amazon.

This is a replacement for the many I have purchased over the years and as always delighted with finish, look etc but with a weird magnetic tab to hold your case closed. All previous cases had the tab attached to the same side as the phone holder but not this one it attached to the lid/flap which kind of works backwards. I thought oh well must be ok but after using this past few week's since i'm now getting annoyed with it

It is a nice looking case which does what it should for the most part. The only issue it has is the moulded part that the phone goes into is slightly warped and it doesn't sit into the button space correctly which doesn't allow for proper function of the on and off button. It makes the button very stiff and you have to push it harder than you would normally which with this phone means you end up taking rather a lot of screenshots. It's nothing major just an inconvenience you have to get used to

Reason I bought this case is that it diferenciates it from the standard black cases that my family tends to buy. This case definately furfills that need. there is however already some peeling happening on the edges of the magnetic part but I havent treated it perfictly so somewhat to be expected. the magnet itself is on the flappy side of the case instead of the phone side which is more common, this can make the phone harder to hild/open with one hand when your out and about but thats more personal prefereance tbh.

The cover looks good, nice shade of green, and keeps the phone safe from scratches. Value for money
