Q: What are the ingredients ?

Super yummy, makes any Asian inspired dish taste restaurant quality. Fermented rice paste & syrup, water, hot pepper powder, alcohol, yeast extract, soybean, rice/onion/carrot powder and garlic juice.

Q: How do you keep unused product and for how long?

I keep it in the refridgerator for a month or two, I put the plastic covering or plastic wrap on the top of it to protect it from getting a coating/thick skin. It is pretty small so it went after 2 uses in my household....we use a lot and the fam got into my stash of gluten free gochujang. I also buy the much larger size for them.
