Great ride
Old shocks were long dead. Put these on a 2003 Ford E350 Super Duty 1 ton van. The change in the ride was amazing! It was like driving a new rig instead of an 23 years old 1 ton. Installation was a bit challenging, simply because the Ford engineers never had to work on their own designs. Once I figured out how to reach things, installation was a snap (ish).

High quality, GREAT price
These fit perfectly on my 2002 Ford E350, they greatly improved the ride. The drivers side front is a bit of a challenge, but it can be done. There's a few videos on YouTube that will give you so.e great tips of you are doing these on a ford econoline.

Don't buy
Don't buy this product. After only 5 months, tires started wearing funny. Had front end checked, mechanic said bad shocks. Removed them, no tension at all. Completely shot. I've had plenty of Monroe shocks before without issue. Don't know if this seller is buying old, bad parts, or what. But to get two bad shocks, something is wrong. Don't purchase.

good performance but poor design for installation
I was really excited to upgrade the shocks on my Ford e-150. I was told gas shocks would make a big difference over the factory set. I like the fact that Monroe's are made in the USA and I will say the ride is improved. The negatives as many others have stated are although I believe it's a quality shock the replacement hardware seems almost like a joke in how heavy duty it is . Also and this is a big factor at the top of the shock is a nut that is welded onto the shock itself period you were supposed to be able to use this to help tighten the top not period on the OEM shock it is a nice wide nut that you can easily fit a wrench on on the replacement however the nut is not even close to his wide as a normal wrench and the world isn't clean so you can't get a wrench on there to tighten the new one down and if you do it wedges below the new hardware.
