I have have decided to re-review this item after performing several professional Strip and Waxes at several auto parts stores.... It does work well. I received a bad item which I had to have repaired via 3rd party which I am not happy about, but the time itself works very well. I want to give it a 5 star almost, but can't... lots of parts and pieces, etc... But I have gotten used to assembling and dismantling it every use so... It gets the job done and has powerful suction when everything is in proper working order. The wide squeegee works very well during strips with deep levels of solution on the floor.Here's a few random shots from some stores I used it at.Original review: not good. bought open box, had to pay someone to fix it... Was not cosmetic damage as advertised. Product woks ok other than that. But it's 100% plastic, very bulky, and lots of pieces to assembly. I can't recommend this product for professionals. I do strip and waxes at auto part stores. This works, but it will not last and has 4 times the setup time as my old cheaper machine. debated giving it 1 star even, but it does work....

The entire first floor of our home is tile. I use an orbiter to clean the floors which requires water clean up. I initially had a mid grade ryobi Home Depot wet vac which was very much lacking in CMF’s. Bought this and beyond impressed. Had to changed my cleaning style to be able to buff the floors after wet wash because this thing picks up so much water the tile dries quickly. Only compliant which is minimal is I wish this model had a drain valve on it. Would buy again in terms of the model and the brand.

My company has been in the cleaning industry for decades. Pro Team is the only vacuum we buy. I purchased this item to vacuum damp grit and debris from corporate aircraft wheel wells and any accidental spills on hard surfaces and soft goods. True to form. Never disappointed!

This vacuum has been an absolute nightmare for us. I own two fitness gyms and we needed a heavy duty vacuum to run 2x per day over rubber mats, and thought this product would be the right fit so I bought two. After the first couple of uses it became evident that this product would not hold up. We contacted the manufacturer and after several days/weeks of back and forth they had one unit sent out to a local repair shop. Once we finally the vac back, the engine wasn't as loud but the suction still didn't improve. We replaced the filters thinking that might do the trick. This product is awful and now we can't even return it because we are outside the Amazon return window. If you need a heavy duty vacuum, DO NOT USE THIS! Save your money and go with a different manufacturer. The worst purchase I've ever made through Amazon.

This is my favorite wet/dry vacuum. The fact that it uses the same wand as the regular backpack vacuum is phenomenal.

I like Pro Team vacuums. I own a carpet and floor cleaning business and all of our vacs are Pro Team. The vacs I use at home are Pro Team. So why only three stars? First, let me say the vac is wonderful. It doesn't spew fine dust into the room. It has great suction. The hose is very flexible. The floor tools that attach to the metal wand are great. I like how they interchange and they are very effective. THE PROBLEM - THE OTHER TOOLS. They do not attach to the metal wand. They only attach to the hose cuff. That is fine if you're using them at waist level. But if you want to go over head with the dusting brush you have to use a ladder. If you want to use the crevice tool on the floor you must get on your hands and knees. I called Pro Team to see if the wrong ones were included in the kit - no. I asked if they had an adapter - no. The only alternative is to spend more money and buy tools designed to fit the wand. THAT SUCKS.
