Oraldiet probiotics Advanced Dental Hygiene: Dental Probiotics with Lactobacillus Reuteri for Healthier Gums and Fresh Breath

I have had gum problems all of my Adult life. I am now 70. I go to a dental hygienist quarterly for a check up. All I can say is notwithstanding a very strict regime on brushing properly (until I have stars in the eyes on my electronic tooth brush) , use of interdental brushes etc etc.etc whenever I have been diligent in using this product in a regular basis I have had better feedback from my dentist and hygienist. Over the last few years if I have ever lapsed before a check up then the gum issues have definitely not been as good.

I suffer from recurring mouth ulcers and have searched for a cure for a very long time. These lozenges do help sooth but do not keep them away as I would have hoped. Nonetheless, they are very good as a mouth freshener.

Not sure about these little probiotic tablets. They taste good, a nice minty flavour and not overly minty. But I’m unsure of the effectiveness of them. It’s too early to say if they work but looking at the ingredients I’m wondering if the other very expensive oral probiotics are better. They seem to have more active bacteria strains than these little ones. Breath and mouth feels fresh after taking but so would sucking any sugar free mint! As stated, jury’s out as too early to comment.

According to my research prior to buying this product, this product contains: "- Lactobacillus reuteri: This is an innovative probiotic that restores the mouths natural flora and the sensitivity symptoms that can occur. Aloe Vera is rich in enzymes that work in synergy with vitamins and minerals to stimulate the immune system. - Xylitol: Xylitol which may help reduce the amount of plaque that builds up in between teeth. - Isomalt: Isomalt is made from pure unbleached beet sugar. It is tooth friendly, low calorie and low glycemic." I take it 1-2 times a day after meals. It dissolves in your mouth just like any breath mint but unlike conventional products, these contain no aspartame. My breath feels really fresh after taking these lozenges and I no longer feel self-conscious about my breath when talking to people. Highly recommended.

didnt do anything apart from leaving a chalky taste and residue in my mouth.
