Me gusto el resultado que tienes cuando te los pones. Lo engorroso es ponértelos y quitártelos pierdes mucho tiempo

What fun!!! It takes a while to put in the curlers, took me about 30 minutes by myself. Use a very small amount of damp hair with each one so you can pull it through the curler easily. If you have to tug, start that one over because you have too much hair in the curler. You should not lose hair with these! I kept mine in overnight. Before you pull the curler off, straighten it so you're not tugging your hair. If straight, the curler comes right off and my curl stayed in place afterwards. After I pulled off all the curlers, I puffed my hair a bit. Love the curls down my back!!

These were so fun to play with. They really work great. You have to take your time and use small bits of hair at a time. Go slow so you don’t break the wand. There is a learning curve but there’s some very helpful YouTube tutorials out there. These are great!

I have very fine, straight, limp hair that does not like to hold a curl no matter what. I did not have high hopes going into this. Few pointers to start: *learning curve, but easy to catch on *you will not be able to sleep in them *works on fine, straight, thin hair I used a spray bottle to dampen each section before pulling through. Because my hair is so fine, I did not think I would have any trouble pulling it through. However, there were a few times the chunk was too big or the angle not right and I had to stop and redo it. Otherwise, pretty smooth sailing. It is difficult to reach some parts of you head, so if you have a helper, that would be ideal. It took me about 45 minutes to do myself the first time and I used about half of the curlers. The biggest slow down is that the puller stick came undone almost every time I pulled. Nothing a little super glue can't fix! I decided I would sleep in mine hoping to lock the curl in even better. This was one of the worst decisions I ever made. I was miserable from the start. But, having taken so long to put in, I refused to admit defeat. I tried tying them up, but since they all started near my roots, this was not possible. They were not painful, just bulky and uncomfortable and they crunched every time I rolled over. Next time I will put them in before I do my makeup, set with the blow dryer, and see if that works. The next morning I was worried about how long they would take to remove. I grabbed the first one at the top, squeezed a little to open it, and slid my hair right out! Removal took less than a minute. And, to my surprise, I had beautiful bouncing curls! Unfortunately, they only lasted about five hours. Maybe I can play around with product next time. But this is a huge win for super limp, fine, straight hair!

It does in fact work. I did get smooth defined curls from it using mousse, gel, and sitting under a hooded dryer for 30 min. It took me about 3 hours to install it, but that's probably because of the learning curve, and the fact the I needed more for my hair. Now the cons. It's HEAVY. Maybe I'm just tender headed, but I can feel them tugging at my scalp due to the weight. I know I could've gotten shorter ones, but imagine if my hair was longer and I wanted to use these? Not to mention that I actually needed more (you need to use small sections to fit in the hair without struggling, hence the 3hrs), it would have been even heavier. Con #2- It's mesh, but it's hard mesh. Which wouldn't make them comfortable to sleep in. I only mention this because many of the videos I watched had shown people leaving them in overnight since their marketed as heatless curls. Some say the mesh makes it softer and easier to sleep in, but because it's hard mesh it doesn't compress down. Honestly perm rods would be more comfortable since they lay flat against the head. Con #3- It's near impossible to clean. It's inevitable that you'll get shed hairs stuck in the curl formers and if you're trying to fish them out it's an uphill battle. It kind of acts like those Chinese finger traps when trying to get the hair out. Even using thin tweezers in-between the mesh is a challenge. All-in-all, it did what it was advertised to do, but i had to return it for the reasons above. I think I'm better off with regular perm rods.
