I love this thing, I tried EVERY supplement to sleep. In natural health school we learned to get your eyeballs in first daylight to create melatonin to help you sleep. Well I have 0 sun where I live, so this thing is a gem. THANK YOU for allowing me to sleep again.

I love the size and how portable it is. The timer is very finicky and not user friendly. Other than that it's good quality.

It has some kind of short circuit. It won't turn on, then after tapping the power button again and again suddenly it does. Then, during use, it turns off randomly. It changes brightness randomly. It sometimes even switches colors. Other times it stays on for 10 minutes or more, then suddenly turns itself off. It never just turns on and stays on until I turn it off. Never. Then sometimes it just turns itself on and I have to unplug it. I'm always fiddling with it and sometimes just have to give up. I tried the other colors and the timer per the instructions, but they have the same intermittent functionality. All I wanted was bright white light at 100%, but all features are a problem. When it works, I actually do notice a wake-up effect on me, so if yours works properly, the light it produces is legit. But I cannot recommend it, especially when numerous similar products with higher reviews are available in the same price range. I'm not unusually picky, but I'm pretty disappointed and really wanted to let people know my experience.

The more I use this SAD light, the more I’m not so sure it was worth it. I purchased this light after it was recommended for reducing seasonal affective disorder symptoms. It seemed to have decent reviews and was an affordable price. However, I probably should’ve paid the extra couple dollars for a more portable and easier to use light. For one, this light has to be PLUGGED IN the entire time it’s being used, making it not so portable. It takes some practice to understand how the buttons work, which can be annoying. I will say, it gets VERY bright, and I like that it can be dimmed to your comfort. The quality seems decent like it will last for a while, but I really hate that it can’t be easily moved around or mounted without a cord in the way.

Helped me get through the dark and dreary winter months. I found it very helpful.
