Kitchen Game-Changer – Quick, Easy, and No Tears!
I absolutely love my Geedel Food Chopper! It has made meal prep so much faster and more enjoyable. Chopping onions used to be the worst part of cooking for me, but with this manual chopper, it’s done in seconds—and no more tears! The slap mechanism is satisfying to use and gives me nice, even cuts every time. It’s also super easy to clean, which is a huge bonus. I just rinse it or pop it in the dishwasher and it’s ready to go. The compact size makes it easy to store, and the bright red color adds a fun pop to my kitchen. Whether I’m dicing veggies for a stir-fry, mincing garlic, or even chopping nuts for a salad, this chopper handles it all like a pro. For the price, you really can’t beat the convenience and quality. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to save time in the kitchen without sacrificing results!

Great item but clear part cracked off
Great item but clear part has pieces that breaks off, not dishwasher friendly I'm guessing. Red Chopper part and red spacer seem ok. Threw it away, one new one , will only hand wash clear part now.

Good idea; poor execution
I purchased this chopper expressly for the task of chopping onions for use in my meatloaf recipe. Last night was the first time I've made meatloaf since getting it and it didn't take long to discover that this chopper simply isn't up to the task. I prefer sweet onion in my meatloaf, usually about half of a medium-sized one and it immediately became obvious that it was too big for this device so I had to halve it again and then once more (cutting the onion to eighths) before any of it would fit in the chopper. After closing it up I tried using it to cut the onion but the blade kept getting caught in the onion and not retracting, no matter how firmly I hit it. I had to pull up hard on the plunger each time it got stuck for the first 10 or so "chops", after that it started self-retracting on its own. When I thought I had that first bit of onion chopped properly I opened it up, only to find that some parts were chopped extremely fine, and yet there were still a lot of unchopped pieces. I also found it difficult to get the chopped onion off the black base of the unit. Next, I tried chopping another piece of onion directly on my cutting board, and that worked okay but there were still a lot of large, unchopped pieces that end up between where the blade is and the inside wall of the clear part. The blade simply does not extend far enough to get those pieces. After futzing with it a few more minutes I tried cleaning it, gave up, and just chopped the rest of the onion I needed by hand with a knife. Cleaning the unit later took almost 10 minutes, and looking at it today I can see it still needs more cleaning. Guess what's going up for sale at my next yard sale?

works ok
works ok, but a pale replacement for the really old oxo chopper i tried to replace. chops well, easy to clean, large container. sadly, the blade cover doesn't fit any one way or stay in place; just need to insert it to container, then try to line blades to fit. the largest regret i have compared to previous chopper is the blades do not rotate. if you don't want to keep chopping the same spot, you need to manually shake to move food around, or turn the blade before each chop.

Works fast
I especially like my chopper for cutting onions. I have another dicer but it doesn’t get them fine enough. With my chopper I can make them as fine as I want.

Nuts only
Not ideal for anything other then nuts. Mushrooms gets stuck in blades as do onions. Excellent for nut chopping
