this product contains stimulants (Rhodiola and Cognizin) do not take it in the evening/before bed unless you want insomnia!I am still 1 week into taking this but I have noticed improved focus (short effect) when taking this at lunch (~12.30 pm) instead of my usual 2nd coffee.Please look at the ingredients and side effects, for me insomnia was a significant problem when I took this product after 6 pm

I am on the fence with these nootropics; I'd say they work, as these seem to decrease fatigue and brain-fog, but then, could it be placebo effect? Best to try it for yourself and decide. I know I'll be using these going forward as it offers good value for money and I believe it kind of works.

I have only been taking these for the past few days so I am not sure on their overall effectiveness but you can never go wrong with lions mane.
