New 26" Bike
Came early and was so easy to get set up. I can't wait to ride it to work! Looks amazing and I am so excited about having this bike. Was definitely worth the money I paid for it!

Broken items and faulty parts!!!
I never used the product and while I was working on putting it together I discovered that there were faulty parts and broken items!!!! I am so mad right now because I don’t have money to waste!!!! The back brake line is faulty (NOT SAFE) and the cup holder was broken, and on top of that the back wheel can’t even roll without the chain peace getting stuck in the wheel!!!

Good product. Arrived on time in undamaged condition.
The bike was easy to assemble, about 30 minutes. The only issue was that the seat must be designed for a 100 lb teenager. lol I went to a local bicycle shop and purchased a better seat. Now the bike fits perfectly.

It’s a good bike, but changes will need to be made
This is my first bicycle as an adult. After assembling it I realized the brakes weren’t working properly and it just didn’t feel right.I took it to a bike shop and had it professionally tuned (+$50) and I began to ride it. Felt way better. But I also noticed the seat that came with the bike was VERY uncomfortable. So I went on Amazon and bought a replacement seat (+$25)OVERALL: it’s VERY FUN, the bike is decent quality (not the best)Just take into consideration the additional costs to get it to ride comfortably

Bad Customer Service
Bike was ok, but received it with bent front wheel. Company refused to send new wheel and I had to spend time and money to get it repaired. Would not order from this company. Bad customer service.Sent picture of bent wheel to company.
