I decided to order this when the vendor who sold some other brand of barley grass no longer offered the product. This barley grass is very good and I like the sweet taste of the powder. I add one scoop to about 8 ounces of milk and blend it with an automatic whisk. Note that the tiny scoop is provided in the package but it is like going on a treasure hunt through the powder to find it (see photo of scoop in one of my pictures). Overall, I really like this powder. The current price of $26.95 for 16 ounces is competitively priced. It is a little cheaper on subscribe and save.

It helps with Cholesterol, a friend told me about it, I had always cholesterol problems, generic in my case. I drink it in the morning right after my lemon water on an empty stomach. I mix it with orange juice, which is not bad, the orange juice tones down the flavor a bit, for me it's not too bad, its very earthy tasting, about 6oz and a scoop, by the way my scoop was in the package! I drink the mushroom coffee from this same brand also for a long time! Great company

I bought this barley grass powder about six months ago and it was decent…olive green color and kind of gritty in texture. My recent second order was much different! Better! The powder is a bright green color and the grind much finer! Reminds me of ceremonial grade matcha. I love it! I just hope the manufacturer keep up this new improvement and the price as stable as possible ‘cause it’s already so expensive!

I’m not exactly sure what the health benefits of consuming this is but my parents consume this once a day. They said it has really helped with some of the issue they had recently. So I can’t really complain. But I think it’s a great product if it works and the price compared to other companies is great. Overall a great product
