Wrist Buddy is amazing extremely helpful if suffering from weak wrists and fingers.

I have hypermobile joints from Ehlers Danlos syndrome in my hands and started having issues with pain in the base of my thumbs last year. I can't do a plank or anything with bodyweight on my flat hands anymore. These are a lifesaver and are keeping me going with pilates mat and yoga workouts. I've had them for about a year now and they have been so helpful for getting back into shape after injury! They aren't perfect (they are a little big for my hands, etc.) but so much better than any other solution I've tried.

Entlastet die Handgelenke bei Übungen auf der Matte. An den veränderten Winkel gewöhnt man sich. Eine große Hilfe insbesondere beim Yoga. Eine gute Investition... Leider etwas teuer.. Ich möchte aber nicht mehr drauf verzichten.

Sono enormi, danno fastidio perché te li ritrovi sempre in mezzo a dove sei tu. E sinceramente bella l’idea ma troppo cari!!!!! È un foam sagomato! E non aiutano neanche i polsi! Avevo deciso di fare l’investimento per il mio dolore al polso ma non servono a nulla. Meglio i miei vecchi push up bar. Ah, dimenticavo! Non riesci a fare chaturanga! Perché non riesci a scendere in mezzo!!
