Just before Christmas Mr. & Mrs. Claus paid me a visit. However Mrs. C was quite distraught when she arrived because she had lost her mob cap along the way. It seems she and the Mister were in such a hurry when they left the North Pole she forgot to replace her mop cap with a warm stocking cab. She was a bit of a sight when she arrived as her hair had been blown to all points of the compass (she explained that those reindeer tend to get up to great speeds and Donner, especially, likes to take the corners abit too sharp) Anyway, it was Amazon to the rescue. I was able to order this and it arrived the next day. Mrs. Claus was able to get her long hair into a bun and it all fit nicely in the cap. The material, while not uncomfortably stuff, held it's shape as well as the hair. Mrs. C told me that sometimes caps like this tend to "pop off" as it were. But no such problems here. Also she loved that it was a true white and matched her husband's beard perfectly. Mrs. Claus was well pleased with her replacement mob cab. So much so, that she asked me to order a spare. I received a note from her just last week thanking me for hosting her and the Mister for their little visit. She mentioned that she found this to be the most useful cap she's had. It seems her husband is quite a snorer and so she has taken to stuffing her ears with cotton wool. Well, this cap is roomy enough that it can be pulled over her ears to hide the stuffing and Mr. Claus doesn't even see it. She wouldn't want to embarrass the 'old dear' she said. All in all, excellent purchase well loved by an expert; she's been wearing them for over 150 years don't you know!
