Yummy curry !
I first tried this product by purchasing it from a gourmet mail order store where it costs more. I am glad I found it here because I can’t find it locally. It’s so good with chicken or salmon and veg.

Absolutely Delicious and Flavorful!
Brooklyn Delhi Vegan Butter Chicken Indian Simmer Sauce is a culinary masterpiece! As a lover of Indian cuisine, I was thrilled to find a vegan version of butter chicken that didn’t compromise on flavor. This sauce is incredibly rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced, making it easy to create an authentic-tasting dish at home. The convenience of having this simmer sauce ready to go is fantastic. Just add your favorite plant-based protein or vegetables, and in minutes you have a delicious, restaurant-quality meal. The ingredients are all-natural and thoughtfully sourced, which I appreciate as someone who values clean eating. The flavor profile is spot on—it’s a wonderful blend of spices that provides a satisfying depth without being overpowering. Whether you’re vegan or just looking to try something new, Brooklyn Delhi Vegan Butter Chicken Indian Simmer Sauce is a must-try. Highly recommend!

Really good stuff, broken bottle
We really like the products from Brooklyn Delhi. Delivery was great, jars were in a box and in another box and in bubble wrap. However, one jar was broken and leaking inside it's wrap. Deducting one star for Amazon.

Taste like restaurant quality Indian food. Dynamite. Not spicy.
I love going to a restaurant and having Indian food. I’ve tried many different sauces to cook Indian food at home and I’ve always been disappointed. However, this sauce does not disappoint for a family of three. It takes two jars of sauce to make enough for us to have dinner That makes this a little pricey however, the flavor is exactly like I was at an Indian restaurant. it’s phenomenal. The entire family loves it and we look forward to having this every couple months. This is not a spicy dish however it is savory and flavorful.

Cashew butter not flavorful enough
Cashew butter flavor could use more ... flavor. I added about a quarter cup of coconut milk to richen the meal but was left disappointed ... the flavor has a mild tang to it that didn't jive with my tastebuds. I *liked* it but not enough to purchase again. Used it with fried tofu, some vegetables, and white rice.

Super easy dinner
You'd not know this came in a jar. It's that special. If you don't want to dirty the whole kitchen trying to make a reasonably balanced and fresh dinner, you'll dig this. What's to love: short ingredient list, gluten free, glass packaging, stellar warming spices and rich (without being too much so) creamy flavor and texture, gorgeous color and aroma. My method: In a skillet, on the stove top, sauté (approximately) 1 cup of green beans and red bell pepper strips in garlic-infused olive oil; set aside. Using the same skillet, lightly brown some paneer cubes. After the paneer has a little crisp to it, throw the veggies back into the skillet and add the sauce and water. Simmer until the liquid has reduced a bit and the veggies and paneer are warmed through. Serve over good rice.

Vegan sauce tastes home made
I usually don’t like anything that comes out of a jar, but this stuff is exceptionally delicious. So easy to make chicken korma! Give it a try!
