this is just ME - i definitely cannot speak for anyone else. i can't tell they've done anything at all one way or other. i'm one who "monitors" everything - takes notes, and checks blood pressure, etc after taking anything, and these didn't make any difference at all. the good news is - they didn't raise my blood pressure - didn't raise my pulse rate, which is something i wish they would do.
