These are very good. They are great to help keep my blood sugar. But their sugar content is low. Good wholesome ingredients used! I keep these on hand all the time. I’m so thankful these wonderful folks are making these!!

Update 23/12/25 Yesterday it make my stomach sick. I want buy it again but I can’t trust a product that the expiration date is just a sticker on the box (that include 12 snacks), it’s not printed directly on the box so the sticker can be manipulate … Didn’t find expiration date on the snacks inside the box.. IT'S O.K. AND THE INGRIDIENTS ARE GOOD... And I also ordered another two packages & cancel today because I'm not sure about the expiration date.... (and the one I already have is for another month...) So, if you can tell me what the expiration date will be I will renew my order. 4 stars because the taste is just o.k. Have a great day!!

This bar has lots of flavor and it goes well with high protein diets

I order these bars frequently and find them healthy, vegan, high in protein, and with no nuts that I'm allergic to. However, half the time, the box arrives broken with the bars falling out. Fortunately, the contents are durable but I can't find where to submit feedback on the packaging and shipping. I think they're just too heavy for the weight of the box which arrives in only a plastic sack. For the price, it would be nice to have these not seem like someone played catch with the package.

Nutritionist says it's "clean" (without junk ingredients), great protein boost.
