This magnesium oil has changed my life as someone who can never fall asleep. I use it before bed every night and it knocks me out. Only downside is sometimes the spray won’t come out if it’s tilted wrong, but it eventually starts working again.

I think this is a good quality spray. Has a nice light scent and rubs in well.

It did help with muscle cramping. However after about 2 weeks my feet started having a burning sensation so I stopped using it. The burning stopped after a few days but the soles of my feet still have a tingling sensation.

It didn’t help my leg cramps but I’m sure it is good for you so I will continue spraying it on me.

This is amazing! I bought it to help me sleep better and it has not disappointed! I can tell a difference in my sleep when I use it verses when I do not use it, and using it is much better!
