Based on what they say about the origins of this product it should be a good product but how do we really know?

When at home I use a liquid humic/fulvic blend each morning, it keeps me regular. So when I travel, I discovered these capsules and they don't let a flight ruin my "regularity" as it does for many people! I take these along and I can enjoy a trip without having any change to my bathroom routine! YAY!!!!
