I have to preface this review by saying that I have hated all protein powders that I have tried, until this one. They all have a slightly bitter, chemical-ish aftertaste to them and - at least to me - do not taste like the advertised flavor. My reaction to competing brands has typically been "UGH! That's supposed to be chocolate/vanilla/strawberry/whatever?! You've got to be kidding me!". I bought the lightly salted caramel flavor and was pleasantly surprised that the flavor is close enough that I can drink it without qualms. I will concede that I do not smack my lips as I might after a salted caramel gelato *BUT* it is tasty, not sickening sweet and the aftertaste is almost unnoticeable. I appreciate the fact that one serving provides 25g of protein at 110 calories, which compares very favorably to every other brand that I have seen. If you're looking to boost your protein intake and, like me, have found these protein powders to be revolting, this is a brand to try. After trying it, I bought 6 more containers of it.

I usually like to change protein powders because I get bored of the taste or they leave lumps. This is by far one of the best proteins I've ever tasted. It doesn't leave lumps and mixes with everything. It also does not leave any residue on your protein shaker cups.

I’ve gotten this protein powder before and absolutely love the flavor BUT i believe I received an old or rotten one. It does not smell OR taste good. It’s actually quite repulsive which is dissatisfying because this is my favorite flavor of protein.

Like: flavor, mix in for shake, add to oatmeal, muffins or pancakes. Difficult for me: milk and whey protein are effective but I have trouble digesting without bloat even with a dairy relief supplement.

I personally prefer the mocha or strawberry! Best blending protein I have tried so far.
