Nice sized pill and very easy to swallow. I only buy NOW vitamins, and I usually enjoy them all and how they make me feel. Only time will tell if this helps with my male performance (the main reason for trying).

I've always had a bad memory and been very forgetful. However after I got covid in January, I started having really scary memory loss and intense brain fog. I'd forget what I'm saying mid sentence.
