After less than a month, the pressure regulator evidently failed. It has an extreme leak and the compressor is now essentially useless. It's too large to return and foolishly I threw the box away when I received it, again hoping that my expectations would be met by the compressor.

Quite happy with the overall performance of this air compressor! It is indeed very quiet and you can carry on a conversation while standing next to it. My only complaint in this respect is the Auto Drain feature is STARTLING LOUD when it blast moisture out the attached plastic tube. It does this when you first actuate the on/off switch and periodically per how you set the drain valve timer control. As for the overall quality, the wheels are somewhat wobbly and the right side sometimes rubs against the tank (The holding bracket appears slightly misaligned). Also, the front panel control labels, etc., appear to be just printed on the surface with a thin clear plastic sheet covering for protection. I doubt this will be durable and last over the long haul. Other than these issues the quality seems good.

Everything I hoped for in a quiet compressor! My unit, with the auto-drain feature, works flawlessly. Package arrive damage free, and once set up was leak free. I'm particularly impressed with the "Auto-Drain" feature, despite increasing the cost from the base model, it is money well spent to prevent your steel tank from rusting over time. Interesting fact; my unit came with the wheels already installed, sealed in the factory packaging. We purchased this compressor to use with a pneumatic filling machine in our warehouse. Because we share the building with other businesses, we needed the quietest equipment we could get so as not to be a nuisance. Very pleasantly surprised that it is so quiet! The manual we received was for the version without the automatic drain, so had to Google the product to determine how to correctly connect the drain (not mechanically minded here, but can usually figure it out). All in all, we are very pleased. We have run a half dozen projects with our new filler and the compressor and feel confidant the neighbors aren't going to hate us due to the noise! Didn't even shop price because we needed speedy delivery so not sure how it compares as far as $$ to other vendors.
