Tasty. Good texture. Kid and mom approved. ingredients different then sour pineapple- via different vitamin but both with magnesium, Always liked sour pineapple but taste has changed lately.. this is solid replacement but they are not the same, appears just different flavor but note ingredients. Still great products with this brand. Watch the prices though. It gets jacked way up thru the month.

I love these gummies. Makes taking magnesium very easy and tasty. Shipping in the summer could be better but I learned my lesson and order a bunch in the winter to stock up for the summer.

They’re fine for daily use, but I wish they were a little stronger or more effective. Overall, an okay product, just not my favorite.

So far so good. I got these to help with some very mild restless leg syndrome at night. Three nights in so far and I have been sleeping better than I have in a long time. If you're hesitant and unfamiliar with the way magnesium works, don't be afraid to start with 200mg. You will feel relaxed (not spacey) at bedtime and be able to wind down and fall asleep once you get in bed. In the morning I haven't woken up feeling groggy or out of it either. The key is to get the (glycinate vs the citrate). Citrate causes diarrhea from my understanding. By following the directions on this products label, I have been taking two of these after dinner and all is well.

Tasted great, helped me sleep so much better the first 2 nights and i noticed i was having headaches when I woke up and they just never went away. Couldn’t figure out why or how then they got worse and was struggling to sleep with all the pain. This last Sunday before Christmas I was in the er all day and night trying to ease the headache, even made me do CT scans. I could barely move without feeling like I was going to pass out. Friends recommended me to take this but I can’t and will not again. Maybe it’s just didn’t agree with me so I can’t bash it. Just giving what happened to me after taking it. I wanted it to work because of all the positive things I read and heard. 🥺

I've been using this product for a couple years. I prefer gummies to capsules or pills. These have a great taste/texture.
