Es un muy buen suplemento. Fácil de ingerir (son gomitas masticables). Lo único es que al ser gominas, deben guardarlo en un lugar muy fresco, ya que el calor ambiental hace que se ablanden y se vuelvan algo pegajosas, haciendo que se peguen entre sí y luego hay que usar una cuchara para despegarlas y poder tomar una. Esto puede hacer que algunos prefieran los comprimidos.

Full honesty, I cannot swallow most, like 95% of pills, so this is great for me. They taste and look nice, they don't feel like you are taking medicine. They were prescribed by my doctor because they contained all the vitamins I need post-surgery. It comes with 170 gummies, with the dose being 2 gummies a day, for a total of 85 days or almost 3 months, so you are getting your money’s worth of gummies.

Health benefits were my only reason for purchasing this product. Value for the money. Chewable gummies no need to swallow so that helps as well. Must have product.

DO NOT RECOMMEND... switched to this product because the one i bought previously was not shipping to my location when i bought it the item melted easily while still being in room temperature.
