Q: How do these conpare to the Rom&nd palettes?

That I don't know. These are really good. They are well pigmented and last all day when used with primer.

Q: Is 04, the cement colored palette the right one for hazel/green eyes?

I have Green/hazel eyes and dark brown hair. I LOVE this pallet. The colors are muted. So if you’re looking for a understated look or a no makeup look then this is for you. I use it for when I want to go to the office for big meetings and it works very well for that.

Q: Where this product was made?

It says that the country of origin is China. Not sure if that’s just the container parts and such or if that also includes the eyeshadow.

Q: Is the one called milk tea pink colors ,they look pink or are they peach or nude colored?

They seem to be more peach and nude tones.
