Solid but confusing
Really great machine, does an excellent job but getting it set up and working took days of focused time to figure it out. Instructions could’ve been a bit clearer or maybe a video tutorial would’ve been nice.

Reliability & Ease of Use (Threading)
This machine is a like for like of the Pfaff HobbyLock 2.0. It is a horrible machine. Given both manufacturers have similar reported issues, Ithink there is an engineering design issue.
