This really works, I'm going to have to stock up on these cause my family keeps using them. If you hear of the life hack to put butter on the area shortly after a hit it will not bruise up. This gives similar results, its leaves no bruises and works quick BUT it has no smell and is not sticky, it also reduced inflammation. My mother bruises so easily and this saved one of her knees from getting worse.

I have Planter Fasciitis and this cream does wonders for it. Now don't get me wrong it does not fully take the pain away but it makes it more tolerable to stand and walk on your feet.
