Perfect on its own! No flavor to me, and disappears into whatever I put it into. I chose to go this route to get my NO levels up, instead of taking NO supplements, because the body uses this to more efficiently convert to NO. I'm paranoid of new supplements, so I went slow, which in hindsight, there was no reason to. I take about 2 small scoops daily. So far so good...I think!

I am 63 and I can feel a difference , more pumped feeling in the muscles, when using this L-Citrulline. I mix with water and there is no taste issues. I use other Nutra-Bio products and like them. Looking at the question and answers section and other reviews, I want to point out that Nutra-Bio packages this product in the USA, but the label says "ingredients sourced worldwide". This usually means from China but they want to avoid saying that considering the the common poor quality and safety issues with products sourced from there.
