Little Pianist: Piano Songbook for Kids is a wonderful book for beginner pianists. It includes 55 songs from different genres—children’s tunes, classical pieces, and Christmas favorites. I especially like the included audio files, which make it easier to learn and practice each song. It’s well organized, fun, and keeps kids motivated to play. A perfect choice for young beginners starting their piano journey!

Bought this for my granddaughter along with her piano she loves it. She’s out to learn some songs and it helped her actually learn how to play her own songs.

Great option for beginners

I bought two of these books to teach piano to two young children, ages five and seven. I like that it has children's songs that they are likely familiar with, because that helps with playing. Only perhaps it would have been better to start with a book that included exercises to form technique and sheet music reading, as this doesn't have any. Overall, it's a fine children's beginners book for songs. You would just have to supplement lessons with exercises.

Nice book to learn piano!

Me and my kids have been playing the songs in this book since we received it - it is great for beginners , my kiddos are 5 and 8 and have mostly had an easy time. We do have the letter / note stickers on our keyboard keys, which makes it a lot easier. The front of the book has notes accompanied by the letters, and the second half with more difficult songs does not. This is a pretty ideal book to get them started and mastering the basics. I’ll need to find a good video on hand placement for them but other than that your littles will probably pretty independently run with this one.

For someone that has not clue about music, it’s ok to learn something, but mostly music are incomplete and some of them sounds completely wrong when use their sheets, for a very little kid learning may work
