Essential for facial scar prevention.
I'm writing this to help any ladies (or men) who want to prevent scarring on their face in particular. I accidentally scratched the area under my right cheek with a blunt sharp plastic object that caused a 1 inch gash. It was about 0.4mm in depth. -I immediately washed my face with soap and water. -Put neosporin ointment on the area. -Covered it with this dressing on top of the wound (make sure the dressing also covers the perimeter of the wound atleast 3cm). I left it on for 2 weeks total- no washing, no sun exposure, no air exposure, except to change the dressing once in between. I tried not to get it wet for too long when showering, either. After the first week when the dressing ends started to peel, I took it off carefully, and added a bit more neosporin ointment, and covered it with new dressing. And a week after that, I took off the dressing and no scar whatsoever! No discoloration or indented skin surface. I am truly thankful for this product. FYI, please don't forget sunscreen once the dressing comes off.

Kept wound dry when showering.
Works good on smooth surfaces. I used it to keep wound dry when showering. The corner that was on the part of my wrist that meets my hand and bends every time I use my hand, peeled a little. Added a little piece of gauze over scabs so they didn't get mushy. Kept wound clean, dry, and allowed wound to heal. When you want to take it off, it peels off easily without taking scabs with it, if peeled gently from outside edges inward. Did tug on arm hairs a little, but worth it for the result achieved. Would buy again.

Great aid in healing or preventing bedsores!
This product was used on my 93-year old mother, as she had a small bedsore, as well as, was used where the skin appeared to be wearing thin, to prevent it from breaking down. It’s adhesion was very good most of the time, and would usually last 3-5 days. When it started curling on a corner, I would trim it to keep it from bunching up and being uncomfortable. It is easy to remove and after removing the patch, cleaning the wound or area affected, I turned her on her side and aired that area for half an hour. This helped it completely heal. We’ve used this product on our neighbor lady, mistakenly buying the extra thin patch, yet, it has helped her to heal, also. This gel one is the best of the two, which I used on my mother, so have bought it again for our neighbor. It’s a great product. It’s a little pricey, but a product of good value

Skin graft donor site
I recently had skin graft surgery and was having horrible difficulty with my donor site wound. I had been given petroleum mesh dressings at the Dr office but I was painfully having to rip them off every day, almost like my new skin was trying to fuse with the mesh. Brought tears to my eyes to clean the would every day due to the painful removal of the mesh. So I was reading online and this type of dressing was recommended. So I read Amazon reviews for this product, specifically ones that mentioned road rash, and the dressings couldn't get here fast enough!!!! My pain has significantly decreased at the donor site, and I attribute this to the fact that my skin (or lack thereof) isn't sticking to the pad. I hope this will decrease healing/regeneration time. Last night I was able to finally get some sleep since surgery a week ago due to pain reduction. I wish the doctor could have told me about these products before I was so desperate. I'll update my review when healing has moved along. UPDATE: okay so it's been a while but I forgot to report back. These types of dressings are amazing for light exuding wounds. My donor site healed pretty quickly, but most importantly the pain reduction was awesome after everything I'd been through. Since my initial review I have kept some hydrocolloid dressings around just in case... And actually my dog has a wound from a benign cyst on her neck she scratched open. Hydrocolloid dressings are working when nothing else would. So my main point i guess, is if you need skin regrowth especially, hydrocolloid dressings are dope and I found these to be affordable and effective at the time of purchase.

If you love acne pimple patches, these are the BEST
I LOVE the little hydrocolloid acne pimple patches, but the typical amount you get is normally 24 tiny patches for the same price as these. These come in a 4"x 4" sheet, you can cut to size or cover a large area. Scissors work perfectly, and instead of debating on what size to use for a spot, I can just cut off a bit to fit the area. This stuff really sucks all the bad stuff out of your skin. I had a cystic acne patch, no heads, but it hurt, I could tell it was there, went to bed with this stuff on the spot, woke up to tiny mountains in the dressing, like big white bumps. I peeled it off my face and all the spots were completely back to normal, no pain, no popping scars, no pus. I'm sorry Avarelle, Rael, and all the other previous brands I have used, but I'm not going back. You get 10 of these sheets in a box, and as long as you're not using an entire sheet a night, they will last a good long while.

Perfect!
This extra thin dressing is exactly what the dermatologist dressed my post surgical wound with and instructed me to purchase. This is the only place I found it. Thank you for making it available!
