55mm ND Filter Kit and Lens Accessories, ND2 ND4 ND8 UV FLD CPL(Circular Polarizing) Filter Set with Lens Cap/Tulip Shaped Lens Hood

Seems like a great starter kit for amateur photographers expanding their experience and filling out their kit. Be careful to make sure you order the correct size. No all lenses are labelled in the same place to indicate their size.

Being an amateur, I am not ready to spend a hundred dollars on each filter so I wanted a set for my largest filter sized lens to use with step up adapters. This is a great one to start with. It all fits my fairly new 11-22mm wide angle EOS M lens. I also ordered step up adapters for my other lens filter sizes so I can use a single filter for any of my EOS M lenses. I just got the set today so I can't say anything about vignetting or any other possible distortions, but the package has 2 nice filter holders and a micro fiber cloth which is always nice to throw into your bag. I didn't need the lens hoods or the lens cap string, but the rest easily seems to be worth the price and then some. It may be a few weeks, but I'll try to update this review once I get out to shoot with the filters. Worse case, it was only $20.

Nice little kit, bought the 55mm and used this for a Sony alpha58. All attachments work well. The quality is surprising good for the price.

I'm a photographer on a budget, I needed to add these filters to my toolbox though and when I saw this set, I had to try them! The price is beyond fair, I love the fit and the sturdiness of these filters. They do the perfect job and the set is exactly what I needed. I am incredibly happy with this purchase!

Great product.

I am not a professional photographer. I'm just an average retired dude that wanted a little better camera and accessories to go with it. I recently purchased a Panasonic Lumix FZ80 camera and a few accessories from Amazon.com. One of the accessories was this Neewer 55mm lens filter & hood kit. The lens filters all fit fine but I've not really tried using any of them for taking photos yet. The rubber tubular lens hood is badly misshapen because of the way it was packed in the box. I don't know if it will ever resume its normal circular shape. But I will only use it when I have to zoom way in for a photo. The biggest problem I have is with the Tulip Flower Lens Hood - it does not fit well and the petals appear in photos. There are no (zero) installation instruction packed in this kit. I get just a little over one turn on the threads and then have to back it up a little to position it properly and tighten it with the locking ring. I'm almost certain that if I happen to bump the hood, it will pop off. It just does not seem to fit securely. It is NOT cross-threaded! Next, the left & bottom petals appear in the camera's view screen AND photos. This happens on the default startup view on the camera which is suitable for most of what I may want to take pics of. I have to zoom in to make the petals disappear which may not be possible all of the time! The kit description says "Professional". Since the rubber tubular lens hood is misshapen and the tulip lens hood does not fit/work well, what can I expect from the lens filters? I would not call this a "Professional" product. I will probably be returning this kit to Amazon for a refund. Attached is a photo showing how the left & bottom petals appear in a photo.

Faultless! The Neutral Density (ND) filters are wonderful and they do stop the light hitting the sensors no problem. The other filters are perfect too but normally you don't need a UV filter on a digital camera but I use it just to protect the lens. The other filters will them screw onto the UV filter but don't screw too tight. The polarised filter does have a revolving rim "GASP" and is ideal. I didn't realise it had a revolving rim until I actually used it and screwed it on. I can tell you now that anyone giving these filters and less than 5 stars are bonkers because these are superb. The wallets they came in are and look really well made as does the filters. The rubber lens shade is really good too and will push flat to allow it to fit in your case. I have no use for the plastic screw on shade so that will be used for something when I have my thinking head on. The lens cap is a good one and comes with a lanyard but I will not use the lanyard as I do not want it dangling from the camera. I would recommend these to anyone who want cheap but quality lenses.

Buon kit di filtri e accessori vari. I filtri UV, CPL e ND8, che sono quelli che finora ho provato, fanno bene il loro lavoro. Li ho usati spesso al mare, quindi in un ambiente umido, ventoso, pieno di sabbia e polvere. A casa si puliscono facilmente e sono resistenti: zero graffi. Per pulirli uso il panno in microfibra e non ho avuto problemi, tornano come nuovi (a proposito, per evitare danni qualsiasi lente va lasciata sporca quando si è in ambienti ostili e si riempie di polvere o sabbia. Poi si torna a casa e si pulisce... come per gli occhiali). P.S.: se può essere utile, quelli con diametro 55mm sono compatibili con la macchina fotografica Sony DSC-HX350.

Los filtros vienen con marco de Aluminio y eso le da un toque de robustez a los filtros. Los filtros bien cumple.

Ein sehr preiswertes Set in erstklassigem Zustand. Bei mir passen auch die Gegenlichtblenden, die einige meiner Mitbewerter hier bemängeln. Man könnte über die Verpackung reden: sie werden in wattierten Plastiktaschen mit Einsteckfächern geliefert und nicht einzeln verpackt in Kunststoffetuis. Ich ziehe es vor, sie einfach aufeinanderzuschrauben und mit einem Objektivdeckel zu sichern, das ist platzsparender und geht schneller, wenn man sie braucht.
