Q: Can the Freestyle Libre reader read sensor through this cover?

Yes, with ease. Though I do believe the sensor reads through much thicker material as well.

Q: Will this work with a tandem tslim pump site?

Yes. This patch works with the VariSoft™ Infusion set from Tandem®. It also works with the Unomedical Comfort™ infusion set.

Q: Will they hold if you sweat a lot my sensor keeps falling off when i swaet

Our Grips should help with that! If you sweat excessively we recommend skin tac as well for some extra strong hold!
