Ive had Stomach issues my whole life. Nervous poos. Diagnosed IBs-d 16 years ago. Taking this probiotic significantly helps my urgency. I have less stomach aches and less gas. I only take one per day because of the price. But it has definitely helped my ibs symptoms and I will order again.
