Best machine
I'm using it every time. But yesterday I had a problem, the machine did not recognize the 1000 dirham banknote. I went to the manufacturer’s website, wrote to them that I needed new firmware, they contacted me and sent me the firmware and instructions! I updated and now my machine recognizes the new banknotes! The best device! I recommend!

Reliable Cash Counting machine Ribao BC-40
I ordered Ribao BC-40 for our company, which handles large cash occasionally. The machine counts accurately and detects fake bills in an instant. I had an issue where the new AED 1,000 bill was not being read but their after-sales support was helpful and gave me software update and instructions. It's now working perfectly and I would recommend it.

Ich bin mit der Maschine sehr zufrieden, sie erleichtert meine Arbeit sehr! Die Geldscheine wurden bei der ersten Inbetriebnahme ohne Probleme oder Funktionsstörungen gezählt! Die Sensoren waren zu empfindlich eingestellt, durch eine Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Kundenservice von Ribao, wurde mir bei dieser Kleinigkeit sofort geholfen und die Einstellungen angepasst (mit Videoanleitung!!!). Ich kann diese Maschine empfehlen und ein großes Lob an den Ribao Kundenservice aussprechen!
