After initiation of replacement & sharing my view, this time delivery agent delivered the parcel by hand.Previous time it was received in several peices.But I must say ,still inner layer protection tion must be foam or white thermocol sheet . As you can see bubble wrap. Bubble wrap won't sustain impact on ceramic items.I understood it's dealer.strategic move to receive two orders & managing time.by delivering damage product initially.Thanks.

We purchased Design 2 given our requirement of a white-background basin atop black granite base, and it does NOT disappoint at all. The package was well secured as it had polystyrene sheets providing adequate padding to secure against any external pressure inside multiple cardboard boxes. The product is perfect from all dimensions and curves and the pattern is much more beautiful than what we see in app. The base is not uniformly painted as it's not required to have it but it has well carved holes and openings for different purposes. It works well and its beauty is worth gazing upon for long hours. Do keep in mind that hard water will cause some inconvenience, use non-acid based limscale remover to avoid getting white patches. Overall we have no complaints and would recommend to purchase it with confidence.
