This is not my first ebike from this manufacturer. The fact that I bought the same exact bike 2 years later should tell you that it's an excellent product. Pretty much bulletproof. But, as it's the second one, I did insist on some upgrades right out of the box that I would FIRMLY recommend. Let's talk about it.BUY PLENTY OF FULLY METALLIC BRAKE PADS. AS IN 6 PAIRS. It's just as important if not more so, to be able to stop as it is to be able to ride. THORN RESISTANT INNER TUBES. Keep the stocks as emergency spares. Same goes for the tires. REPLACE THE STOCK TIRES WITH SCHWALBE TIRES. Just trust me, keep the stocks as spares, they're not terrible. BIG COMFORTABLE SADDLE. Don't skimp on the saddle, the stock one is ok but it's about comfort so you can ride longer and further. STEM RISER NECESSARY. The stock stem is very short. Very short. And last but not least at all, HIGH GRADE FIREARM LUBRICANT FOR THE BEARINGS AND MOVING PARTS. You'll get thousands more miles by adding a professional grade metal conditioner. That being said, you will end up with one of the most formidable, long lasting, quality made and reliable ebikes around. Here's what I have been through with my first T-276: ran it into a FedEx truck at medium speed; had a head-on collision with another bike at full speed; hit a sidewalk curb at full speed and broke my humerus in 3 places; and got hit standing still by another ebikes doing around 16 mph (that broke my headlight). And to this day, that original bike is running flawlessly with over 3000 miles on it, has gone through 2 sets of tires, and the only thing keeping it from being in perfect shape is a very slight and imperceptible warp to the front tire from hitting that curb. Otherwise, no worse for wear, literally. Oh, I did have to replace the charger but no biggie. I just wanted a new one. I remember searching Amazon trying to find an ebikes that would not be a lemon or a toy. How would I know where to start? It's exhausting. Take my advice and make the small upgrades, and rest assured that you made the best decision: these bikes are golden.

Let me start by saying I don’t often leave reviews. But I feel compelled to share my experience so far with this e-bike purchase. Starting with a visit with friends out of state is how I first had a chance to ride this e-bike which I thoroughly enjoyed. They said they owned a pair of these for about two years with virtually no issues. When I returned home I didn’t hesitate to purchase a pair of these e-bikes for our family through Amazon. Well let me say right off.. what an impressive build quality at this price point ! Timely delivery and an excellent customer service experience. I didn’t get a chance to assemble these e-bikes (very easy to assemble) until weeks after delivery only to discover one of the bikes LCD control display was damaged straight out of the box. Quite surprised because the packaging was quite good, solid in fact. So I contacted seller/ company customer service through Amazon’s messaging and received a timely response and resolution for this issue. Easy communication. Customer service spot on ! Replacement part sitting on my doorstep within days. Highly recommended. Good quality comfort ride power at an reasonable price point. Longevity yet to be determined… whole family thoroughly enjoying, so they are being put through their paces.

This bike worked great for the first 100 miles. Then it just stopped working. Local repair is impossible as nobody wants to touch a cheap, Chinese, Amazon-sold e-bike. I have been trying to get answers from the Chinese seller for over two weeks. I explained what was happening. They forced me to send a video showing them exactly what I had described. Apparently they didn't believe me when I said it wouldn't power up and needed proof that their bike doesn't work. Then told me they would send a new LCD display unit. That was 10 days ago. Communication would be faster via carrier pigeon, which are extinct. I sent a message via Amazon messenger, and they send a reply 24 hrs. later. I send a response they get back to me 4 days later. It's impossible to get any movement on this. The bike has a 1 year warranty but they are slow-walking the process to wear me down or to let the warrant expire. I asked when the display unit would be shipped and the reply was it's out of stock. They don't know when it will be sent. Out of stock? How do they produce more bikes for other suckers to buy? Don't waste your money on this garbage bike and its company.
