Great Supplement, Just a Bit Hard to Swallow
I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in my energy and joint comfort. It’s a great formula with the right combination of minerals for bone and immune support. The only downside is that the tablets are a little large, so if you struggle with swallowing pills, keep that in mind. Still, it’s a great product and the price is excellent for the quality!

Excellent for Neuropathy
I have pariphersl artary disease. I get Neuropathy a lot. If i feel it coming on i take two and within an hour it subsides and it also helps me go to sleep. Better than any topical ive tried

An inexpensive way to strengthen the body!
