My nails really grew but I saw no other changes. I got it primarily for calcium but the amount is not listed.

Only use 1 bottle. Haven't seen much result especially on freckles...well see. Waiting on results maybe more bottle

J ai aimé et j aimerait bien essayer les autres produits de ron teeguarden et dragon herbs je l utilisé comme supplément et dans plusieurs produits pour le Corps je comprends que c est pas la même chose pour tout le monde mais moi j ai vue une grosse différence merci Ron j espère avoir les moyens pour en essayer d autres

It does seem to be helping hyperpigmentation. I dont see changes in firmness or tone, but Im not finished bottle. I do love that it helps me stay asleep, which is a miracle for me! Natural drowsiness...no foggy, spaced out feeling G's when I wake up. Insomniacs, I highly recommend! I take max dosage about half hour before I go to bed. Will report back if noticeable changes in my skin. I'm 49. Not sure what I should expect. I dont have deep wrinkles. Lines and crows feet when I smile. I don't mind those at all! I don't want to look 25. I want to look healthy.
