This does what's supposed to do and comes in a neat package and appears to be very robust. The app adds functionality to the device but be aware that it only operates by bluetooth. One of the reasons I bought this was due to the availability of the app (which I assumed would work over WiFi). My garage is separate to the house and I thought it was would be useful to check on the charging status without having to go to the garage. That isn't the case. Nonetheless it charges the battery as specified.

Very Disappointed – Completely Dead on First Use! I had a terrible experience with the CS One CTEK product. As soon as I plugged it into the power outlet, it didn’t respond at all — completely dead right out of the box. I tried different outlets and checked everything, but nothing worked. For a product from a brand like CTEK, I expected at least some basic functionality. This was a huge disappointment and a waste of money. I do not recommend this product based on my experience. The Bluetooth connection was a little confusing but once connected with the App, all was clear. The charger is great. Completely automatic.

Well worth the money. Looked at all the options. This one just works. The Bluetooth feature is very useful. Robust in construction and gets on with the job with minimal issues.

I use this item regularly. The issue I have is that one day I charge my battery to fully charged according to the chargers LED display, the next day I reconnect my charger again ( having not driven or even started my engine) and my charger immediately shows via it’s LED display that requires a further 4 hours charge. This doesn’t seem right or normal to me. This is despite my taking my car in a few days ago to have my dealer test and put my battery through a full test diagnostic test and it’s proved perfectly healthy ( as I would expect for a battery that’s less than 2 years old. I would like to return this item for an exchange to see if this item is faulty as I suspect it might be. Please advise how I can return it for a new one please?
