These inserts save feet!
When I was in the military, running was the one part of PT that I hated because I could never find shoes with adequate enough support to make running comfortable. I endured it for some time but finally had enough and found these arch supports. I bought a pair at a now defunct sporting goods store and had used them for years. Fast forward to now, the old set had worn out and I order two pairs of these newer models. It turns any shoe into a comfortable walking shoe for me. No need to get expensive inserts, just slide these under your insoles and tie your shoes. Keeps my foot in a natural and steady motion and provides the right amount of support for my flat arches. Definitely worth the purchase.

A Simple Cure
My foot doctor suggested these for me. Said I was over pronating. I just wanted to know why my foot was sore on the fore front bottom and thought it was a callous forming. I bought them for thirty dollars. The exact same ones. They are great. No more pain! I walk a lot in the summer. I appreciate that these soles have made it possible to increase my walking. Last winter didn't do my figure any good. These fit in my walking shoes under the pad that is already there and do not make the shoes too tight. (That's what the doctor suggested.). I added these to my gym shoes the other day and walked about a mile with no discomfort the first time wearing them. I have had another pair in my walking shoes and walked all over the downtown area all day and pure comfort. They also say they help with Plantar Fascitis. I am glad that I found them cheaper on Amazon. I love Amazon for the helpful reviews and for the fact that they have EVERYTHING.

Thin minimalist insole, perfect for leather shoes that are just a tiny bit too large
My heritage-style leather boots (Red Wing Iron Rangers) were just a tiny bit too loose in the instep for me, and I tried number of 3/4 length insoles to fix that issue, some fit better than others, but usual issue is that there is too much of the insole for the available gap, and boots were becoming too tight. Those insole are the thinnest from all I have tried. Also, they are most true to size, and are not too wide (I am looking at you, Birkenstock insoles!!!). Added slight arch support is also welcomed, and heel cup feels just right (it is deeper than heel cup on comparable Tacco/Pedag insoles). All in all, they made my boots fit just right, and boots are much more comfortable.Do not expect a lot of arch support from them, or a lot of padding added - those are NOT that kind of insoles.

This Orthothic insert is the best. Foam fatiques, These never do!
These inserts are better than any rubber or full length foam insert. They make a cheap shoe with no Arch support better than an expensive pair. I have a former patent in footwear fitting. I try inserts out of curiosity. I never stopped using these.

Great for dress shoes
A little pricey. These are nice for dress shoes being black and inconspicuous. They provide the needed support. The arch can be adjusted higher by using a hair dryer to heat up the plastic and carefully bend higher. If wanting to use them in a sandal, I attach a small piece of commercial Velcro at the heel. Works great!

Great support for flat-footed-ness
I waited about 4 months before I made a review of these insoles to see how effective they are. After trying several configurations I finally found one that works: placing these orthotic insoles beneath the stock insoles and held in place with heavy-duty double-sided tape on the heel section. Without the double-sided tape, the Sof Sol's will move around since the bottom is slick (not grippy). The instructions said to cut the stock insole to accommodate these, but I didn't want to do that.I use these in my work boots and they have been a difference maker in terms of comfort being on my feet for 8-10 hours out of my 12-hour work day. I would notice them for the first hour as my feet slowly conforms to the support, and after that, all I notice are slight pressure in the arch area. It's a feeling you get like when you get your feet massaged. this happens with every step and when I shift my weight when standing. Really makes being on my feet for extended periods of time painless. The hard plate (carbon fiber? hence the "graphite", maybe) looks sturdy enough to keep its shape/last a long time (versus foam/plastic of other brands).Overall, I am happy with this product and highly recommend it.

This can put a podiatrist out of business...!!!
Absolutely the best insoles I can find... and I have been looking for 15 years. This is not the clunky podiatrist insoles that prevent you from wearing dress shoes or gym sneakers. This is the real deal which allows you to wear your normal foot wear. If you have extreme foot pain (like I did), allow 2-3 weeks for the magic to take place. You start waking up in themorning and you're shocked that your feet don't hurt. Then you start realizing that you can go for hours on your feet without needing a chair or a 5 minute break. When your feet hurt, everything in your body hurts. This orthotic insole have given me my freedom back.

The best arch insoles for work.
These are my favorite insoles for work. I am a server who works two jobs and I am on my feet 12-14 hours a day. I have flat feet so lengths of time without support can seriously fatigue my feet all the way up into my neck. Before I got these my feet would be killing me from wearing dress shoes while doing what equates to a 12 hour marathon, and my back had me feeling 30 years older than I am. Now that I use these my feet don't ever hurt at all, and my back pain is significantly reduced.
