I have ordered 2 sets and neither came with the labels how do I get the labels delivered please ?

Mine did come along with the bottles... I would suggest contacting the seller and pointing out the labels weren't included...

It would appear there are two different sizes in this type of bottle. Can you confirm this is the smaller size of 340ml (12oz) as states and not 500ml

It says in the product description that they are 12ox size ( which they are) so they take about 300 ml of liquid

What volume of liquid do they hold?

They are much bigger than normal liquid soap dispensers At least a third more I would say I think it’s included in the product description
