Love it...it's great...

I've had powdered lemon zest from other sources and it smelled good, was light yellow, and enhanced the dishes in which I used it. This product doesn't have any lemony scent, is a tan color, and does not impart a lemon flavor. It went into the trash and I'll be checking my online favorite spice shops for the real thing.

I’ve been experimenting with this lovely lemon powder in both sweet and savory dishes, soups and sauces, teas and cocktails. I like that it’s more mild than the culinary essential oil; it’s easier to fineness the intensity, though I use both and have combined the two.

Love this. I mix it with salt. It brightens the flavor of your food similar to salt with less sodium. I also use it it other cooking and baking applications. Its become my new favorite thing.

Somehow I don't smell or taste of lemon

I used this lemon zest in a white chocolate and coconut cookie (no bake) that required lemon juice and zest. It worked wonderfully but I may be more conservative in my measurement of the zest next time. Tasted great but the dry measure of zest is to be considered versus fresh. So happy to have found this product. Works well with steak seasoning for beef and pork also.

Great flavor with a true lemon taste. Great spices!
