This is nice, solid strongly built unit and works good for my application. I’m using it in my Gator hitch receiver to connect with the chain on a tine drag.

My 14 year old got his quad stuck in the sand. I had to get off work to go pull him out. The hitch was perfect for yanking him out. made it real easy! I put one on all my sportsman 570's.

This is my second one of these I have purchased as I did not tighten down the pin tight enough and it eventually came loose from my SXS. So definitely recommend some lock tight on the pin when installing. I’ve used it main as a point of connection for skidding logs. It’s durable and the orange makes it easy to see in muddy conditions

so the item itself is nice but the color of the shakle is a little misleading..from the pictures on here it looks red but in person its actually orange

I bought this mainly for use on my 2009 RZR-S 900 UTV. I have used it several times to help recover some of my friends UTV'S from ditches and big rocks. It's an excellent anchor point for attaching soft shackles, metal shackles, snatch straps, tow straps and winch lines.

Fits perfectly on my Outback’s 1 1/4 inch hitch.

Snagged this to tie down the RZR in my toy hauler as the straps were gouging the paint on the control arms and it puts the straps in a better location for the tie downs in the trailer. Went camping the weekend after I got it and ended up needing to pull out 3 other UTV on the trails due to rain/mud. This thing with a plasma rope and the soft shackles made me look like a pro. I am pretty sure I sold at least 4-5 things from that one trip. I need a verbal referral code for amazon haha! Looks sharp, well built, durable, and gets the job done. I do worry about the d-ring pin rattling out so I need a way to secure that or replace with a soft shackle, but otherwise good.
